Cockpit is a fully integrated intranet platform I designed specifically for a venture fund, built on Softr and Airtable to centralize and streamline every aspect of team and investment management. From the very first interaction, Cockpit includes all essential user flows, including login, sign-up, password recovery, and secure access management, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience. Once inside, users have access to a range of tailored tools, including travel management, customized onboarding, and training resources to support new and existing team members in their growth.

Beyond onboarding, Cockpit provides robust functionality for the day-to-day needs of an investment team. Users can host live-streamed talks and events, manage invoices and expenses with ease, and handle digital document signing and storage securely. Advanced investment calculators and a portfolio dashboard give team members real-time insights into the fund’s performance, with clear visuals and analytics for informed decision-making. Cockpit was designed to be an all-in-one solution, creating a digital workspace that enhances collaboration, efficiency, and accessibility, making complex processes feel effortless in a cohesive, user-focused environment.
